COMPLEMENTS Cross-Sectoral Working Group

The COMPLEMENTS Cross-Sectoral Working Group is an open European stakeholder forum bringing together representatives from industry, education and training, research, public authorities, social partners and sector associations. It provides a collaborative platform for exchanging expertise and perspectives and for contributing to the development of cross-sectoral skills solutions for Europe’s Security & Defence ecosystem.

Who can join?

The Working Group welcomes organisations and professionals with an interest in skills development across the aerospace, automotive and digital ecosystems, including:

  • Industry representatives, including SMEs and large companies
  • Education and training providers
  • Research and innovation organisations
  • Public authorities and policy-makers
  • Social partners and sector associations
  • Other relevant stakeholders contributing to skills and workforce development

Expected commitment

Participation is voluntary and primarily consists of quarterly online meetings (approximately two hours), occasional consultations by email, and collaboration through the project's online member area. Members are encouraged to actively share expertise, provide feedback on project outputs, contribute to relevant discussions and activities and, where relevant, share relevant project developments within their networks.
